Should Norwegians apologise for the outrages of the Vikings? How about the Chinese for the outrages of the Emperors? Should today's Germans apologise for what happened during the nazi era? Am I guilty for what my forebears did? My grandfather committed murder, am I to apologise to the descendants of his victim?
