  3. I am not defending the conditions of the home but I do think a deep depression had hit that home. I have been around people who let their homes go like that..Usually poor and overwhelmed.. It sounds like a sad end...Given time maybe this man could have turned the situation around...I dunno. I just think of what could have been.
