  2. The fundamental problem with this redefinition is it's semantically improper, since it may apply linguistically to a person for whom the INTENDED MEANING is invalid. According to the rules of English, a judge, for instance, should be considered a "justice-involved person", literally, but not in the figurative sense allowed by this hapless redefinition. No case can be made that this redefinition is meaningfully useful. Yeah, it might help some criminal low-life feel infinitesimally less beleaguered by the facts of their lives, but that's NOT a MEANINGFUL utility, in any larger context. And it's this larger context that is the proper focus of political service.
