  1. "As long as we create balance...", hahaha! Do you know HOW balance is "created"?! That's right: you increase the weight of ONE side until balance is observed. So, somebody has to decide HOW to increase the weight of ONE side--exactly WHAT TO DO to accomplish the increased weight of one side. That turns out to be WAAAYYY too tricky...unintended consequences and hysteresis being what they are. It's seems a clearer path to REMOVE weight from ONE side; much more direct--and absolutely unconstitutional! hahaha. The only real solution is to increase liberty to a tipping point and let the forces in play PLAY OUT to a CONCLUSION! You don't FIX crap; you SALVAGE it...
