  1. Minors can't be legally required to tell the truth; the law assumes minors to be incompetent. Therefore, it would be improper, to say the least, to take any legal action solely on the authority of the statement of a minor. This is the correct light in which to view the prospect of questioning a minor: children are notorious LIARS! hahaha...Interrogating a minor is just an excuse to do whatever the hell you want...it's malicious...
