  1. A radical element in Iran probably was responsible; they want to push Iran into war with US...because they're crazy. So they push some old mines into some ships hoping the US will take the opportunity to excuse an attack on Iran.

  2. Whoa, "run-ins"?! The video evidence showed the US violating a basic "law of the sea" regarding crossing paths and "starboard". So that's a really sucky example, Styx.
