  1. Look at Sanders's posture: he holds his shoulders high. The value of doing that is to make it easier to breath. It's a sign of circulatory/respiratory distress. It would cause pain to him to inhale with his shoulders down. Also, his excessively ruddy complexion is a supporting sign. I heard, from Tim Pool, I think, that Sanders has canceled his advertising campaign in...Iowa?, somewhere, anyway. You don't do that kind of thing if your anticipating continuing your pursuit of office after convalescence...
