  2. Successful executives eschew "micromanagement"; they delegate competently--and hope for the best! Yes, successful executives "gamble" on their own perspicacity and competence! It's...fun...when you turn somebody loose in a position and watch what happens. Every now and then, the returns can be fan-tastic! But even more often you pick up the pieces and try again. And that's kinda fun, too...right? Trump's having a good time, doing what he loves to do: executive. You know, he's always competing with himself to be the better...executive! Because, that's how you become one!
