  1. What is it about "conservatorship" that requires the law to be unfair?! Seems the critical factor is the system of medical health service that assumes overwhelming power to limit and control. "They" want to foster the idea in popular culture that the health system's function is to prevent people from experiencing anything "negative". I've heard, though, that her attempt to utilize an attorney of her own choosing was nixed by the judge! So, could be plain old garden variety corruption at work.
