  1. Styx seems to be suggesting that NK's interest in better relations with SK was driven by NK's economic concerns, especially in the face of the US sanctions. Hmmm...plausible...NK courting SK investment. I kind of hope Kim's motivations are more altruistic/idealistic. Oh, well.
