  1. There's only one place you get debt forgiveness: bankruptcy! But, by law, student debt is not eligible for bankruptcy relief! How interesting! Anything else would be a gift, extracted at the point of a gun, from the American people! Simplify existing bankruptcy law by eliminating special cases, and let the bankruptcy chips fall where they may! Easy peasy...
