A recent story has him telling his people, "Facebook is at war". War denotes offensive as well as defensive measures; could Zuckerberg be behind these "outages". I've seen the comments section just sit and spin in utter dysfunctionality. "Glitchy"? Yeah, well, that's what you say when you don't know what happened...but deep tech has its ways...
