  1. Styx has the right idea! The problem is controlling "fear". It's a primitive emotion, so, you don't just "stop" it...you need to work to create "handles" by which to "handle"/manage fear. Until you can get a grip on fear, you can't control it...obviously. "Handles" are experiences of familiarity with fear's "operation". When you know how it moves, and you can see it coming, control is very much simplified...you've got TIME to divert the fear snowball before it's become too large to manage.
