  1. Human life is an infinitely renewable resource. Get it straight! They'll tout the "value" of each individual life because that's the grip they have on your hot buttons. The FACT is human life is cheap and easy to produce. The philosophical discontinuity that forms when trying to reconcile this fact with the mythology of human accomplishment is too large to see. It operates outside of casual awareness; and this discontinuity sabotages rationality. In other poorly chosen words, we're insane with a deeply enforced cognitive dissonance: the life we treasure so highly is inherently valueless! Our frenzied self-importance is the delusion necessary to tolerate the apparent purposelessness of existence--and it filters/colors our every moment. It's a trap...
