  1. We need a "Trump" party to occupy 20% of Congress, to dems 40% and reps 40%. Then, a unified "Trump" party can side with either dems or reps to pass or defeat anything; they may abstain and prevent EITHER/BOTH other/s side from succeeding. The "Trump" party, then, would act as America's ANCHOR! Sounds about right...
