  1. Electronic voting machines were instituted for the convenience of the MSM consortium that TALLIES THE VOTES. They wanted exciting results, timely, and all that. Paper ballots make for slow reporting...no fun... Keep working the electronic angle, but institute a mandatory paper back-up. Also, voting machine software MUST be OPEN SOURCE!
