  1. I'm getting used to groundless assertions and never consider them authoritatively. I note it as a direct indication of the utterer's deceitful intent and defend accordingly. I also disdain cringing. The degree of self-identification involved in cringing is mildly unhealthy. Identify with what you want, not what you don't want. It's a good point of discipline.
