It's coming plenty soon enough that it needn't be rushed: you can calculate the number of votes required in EVERY PRECINCT to win the day; and, then, ORGANIZE the required voters. You can calculate which groupings of precinct wins yield the desired end result. All you'd need would be PLEDGES from individual voters to vote a particular way in order to perfectly rig the result. The computing resources necessary to accomplish this would be...easily obtainable; even the software would be fairly simple. That's where we're going...and God help us if we get there!
