  1. Framing is the essence of propaganda. Propaganda is NOT about lying; it's about telling a group of truths that imply a particular reality interpretation is correct. Propaganda is commonplace. Other applicable terms could be agenda, perspective, bias, position/opinion, and consensus--that's the biggy; consensus IS propaganda.
