@douglascramer1501 <--I assumed the "origin" is just that, a beginning state surpassed by the "destination". Your statement denoted a return to the origin, as if to restart the cycle anew with no qualification (i.e. "higher arc"). My assumption, as you stated it, is essentially correct, since "the past" is generally considered to be unchangeable, "incapable of growth or regression". I can allow for the possibility of changing the past...but that's irrelevant to the current point. That is, I had good reason to "assume that this origin...point is a place that is incapable, etc." Won't you agree? Spiritual maturation through cycles of physical experience is a stage in the process of spiritual progression. When you're done with that development, there's further work to do elsewhere...But the point about spiritual development is irrelevant to the matter of my "mistake in reasoning". What I cited as "nihilistic" was the notion that developmental cycles simply repeat, from their original beginnings. That's how the materialist's universe behaves...

Schrodinger's Snuffleupagus <--My considered opinion: Originally, there was only the Primordial Void, perfectly fecund with every potential, seething infinitely. Then the statistically impossible happened (the goal of every cosmos architect): a repeated Void state! This repetition, being incompatible with the nature of Chaos, was instantly ejected, in a sort of herniation, the complete repeated Void state. This one state is the source pattern of Primordial Order. And it wants to return to the chaotic void that birthed it, but is incompatible, being a oneness, as it is now. The lesson of the ejection from the Void was its process: first the repetition of state is realized by reflection, which is the mechanism of memory, and the impetus to awareness; at ejection there is the experience of "otherness", which engenders "ORDER". So, an interface was "jointly" devised: the One Mind. The universe is, indeed, mental. The operative principle of the One Mind is association, by resonant interaction. The One Mind, born of its parents, CHAOS and ORDER, serves to relate them in their misguided quest to reunite. Should they ever succeed, all of manifestation would simply cease, as if obliterated in a moment. But they can't succeed...they have a CHILD, now! hehehe...There's no going back, even for the cosmos. Forward, ho!

@douglascramer1501 <-The additional exposition was helpful..."Different domains can be in the same place..." is a very difficult concept, given that "place" is a "space", and physical manifestation is the only "place" where there is "space". Now, "domains" is a different story, being a more general, or inclusive term. A "domain" would be any set you specify. In that regard, I see physical manifestation as a time and space-bound domain, the spiritual domain as timeless and spaceless, and the in-between domain (call it the astral, if you like) as time-bound, but spaceless. The domain of matter spans all of manifestation as a density-degree, matter being most dense and spirit being least dense, in a continuum. Boundary regions naturally arise within the density gradient (as a function of "turbulence"), creating "division" of the density domain into regions that can, then, interact characteristically to create "bodies" of "things".
Another curious statement you made, "As each new life is created, a spirit has to enter it", seems simplistic in not differentiating between "spirit" and "a spirit". "Spirit" is the organizing principle of matter, in one sense. It is present in all things, including egg and sperm. I think what you refer to as "a spirit" I would refer to as "soul". The life force operates quasi-independently of spirit--it is cooperative, allowing soul to supervise fetal development and, at the individually appropriate time, occupy the body.
"Planes of existence" are just regions of the spirit/matter gradient, and, indeed, all these "planes" interpenetrate each other--they are in the same "space", as we usually conceive of "space". The traversal of these "planes" is a matter of tuning the perceptual mechanism (i.e. "you") to the "frequency" corresponding to the plane being traversed--you have to "be(long)" there to travel there.
Interesting ideas...though difficult to talk about. I appreciate the conversation, Douglass.
