  1. Biblically, karma finds reflection in the sin/forgiveness dynamic. Erroneous action elicits a corrective response from Nature; erroneous INTENTION exacerbates or ameliorates this response. Correct action and intention elicits no corrective response, so, no karma is generated.

  2. I happily work with the concept of karma; but, the "doctrine" is useless to me. I might just as well do my own speculation...
