  1. The problem is the useful and reasonable use of exaggeration to make a point clearer (the original "click bait"). A lot of today's click bait is just false. The secondary problem has to do with analogies surrounding the exaggeration, representing a failure to recognize the exaggeration for what it is. This produces...crazy talk.
