  1. The karma of interference: you see someone suffering and instantly have the intention of relieving that suffering; you are now karmically-entwined, by virtue of your intention. If you proceed to act on that intention, you are generating karma related to this interaction. At the point of interaction with the individual you intend to help, that person is generating karma related to you, enmeshing you further. Then success and failure in your intention direct the flow of karmic resolution differently, as well. The only way to avoid the initial entanglement would be to not form the intention to help in the first place. Can you devise a worldview to accomplish that?
