The left is attempting to rewrite history, at least in under-educated minds...its a propaganda tactic that's effective against the gullible who presume that a loud opinion is more true, because it's loud. That's why they like to destroy historical monuments; it was practically the process of Mao's cultural revolution, this eradication of historical evidence...so that it could be properly replaced, undoubtedly.
