  1. Well...fear is useful, and hate serves fear. You can't survive well without an operational sense of fear. So, ignoring hate and fear is "tilting at windmills": it would be a bad idea even if it could work! You don't have to mechanically ignore things...just exercise your intelligence as the moment leads you--you'll end up finding out EXACTLY what YOU need to KNOW!@@

CNN's been preaching hate and fear for some years now...Getting used to not listening to what I've heard a million times before...The principle of "habituation" has far-reaching ramifications...I have a vast store of psychic "Bullshit" stickers always ready for instant application! hahaha...Hate and fear trigger? "BAM", with the bullshit sticker, and move on...
