  1. Biden is echoing Cortez, right? She was the one who invoked the phrase regarding her GND. But it's still just as meaningless: "affirming or implying the existence of a thing"-threat. Sounds pretty scary, until you look it up. "Existential threat"=="threat that exists"...so...bloviate much? What they're really saying, though, is more like, "You people are too stupid to even understand the words I say, so, just be very afraid--and trust ME, I used to know what I'm doing."
