  2. The reason they fear populism, even as a 3-headed monster of some sort, is because it requires grassroots political involvement on a scale and at level that makes their lies impossible! "Politics", as usual, is OVER if the people are running the show. The reason politician's lies work is because the people they are lying to don't know any better. When every voter knows what's what, the littlest lie stands out like the proverbial sore thumb! Without confusion as their weapon they can't play their reindeer games...nobody will play with them...
