  1. Media technology is ubiquitous, now. Initially, the only tech available was top shelf tech, expensive to purchase AND maintain, and bulky, requiring dedicated spaces. The few financial entities who chose to invest became centers of development, quite naturally. The same mechanics can play out again if a NEW TECHNOLOGY was to become available.
