  1. There's a degree of clutter I find productive. Current project material should be organized where I can SEE it, and keep it in mind. But, yeah, nothing but nothing hangs on my walls. "Unclutter"? The effect of negatives is lost on the subconscious; keep it positive: "organize" is the positive rendition of "unclutter". And it is a core issue re productivity. I have physical areas for different categories of stuff, so I know where to go to look. But I don't have space for many categorical areas, so my categories are crude, and overlap renders the system only half-useful. And, for me, these areas have to LOOK like what they ARE, 'cause I'm not gonna remember an association between a location and what necessarily resides there without a clue--just too many possibilities.
