Styx, your hands make shadows in the direct light that is driving your camera's auto-iris NUTS! hehehe...You gotta take it off auto...or, better yet, get the light angle up, like, 60° to the horizontal. If you scrim your window it might provide a gentle fill illumination. But those harsh moving shadows have the effect, because of the auto-iris, of "flashing". I mean, if you care about that kind of thing...
