  1. "Drop a vice"! Are you stupid! Your vices define the limits of your self-control! You don't DROP them! hahaha...haaaaa...Any effort to ELIMINATE anything brings a rebound from base reality, your subconscious: negation is a philosophically impossible principle, in the absolute sense. The notion has local utility, but, in and of itself, it is invalid. So, don't try to eliminate a bad habit, for instance; REPLACE IT!

  2. There is magic in sound! The words you speak vibrate your body. The intention that prompts the articulation of sound penetrates to your very DNA, which UNDERSTANDS YOUR WORDS, though possibly differently than you do. I don't see how a respectable "occultist" makes fun of talking to trees.
