  1. It's just more of the same, "Each vote is precious" BS! They want to make sure you don't forget how very POWERFUL you are by your precious vote! They want a bogey man (evil people voting) to contrast to their REAL goal: 16-year old voter--THEY can't possibly be evil, yet. Nobody should vote from prison, because you can't properly inform your opinion while imprisoned, as your research access is limited artificially. Once released, ex-felon status should be inconsequential.
