  2. I used to fantasize/plan confrontations not so kindly as a hard washing! Seriously, I'd experience weird anxiety attacks, like I knew something was dangerously wrong, but had not a clue as to what...that's a really horrible feeling. My contract employer was GM, and, for whatever reason, not long after my vociferous complaints, there appeared in their policies and procedures a welcome recognition of perfume sensitivity as an issue in the workplace. This is a real thing, affecting a significant subsegment of the population.
