  1. At 1:20 she says, "efficacy", while the graphic says, "efficiency". There's a good deal of difference between the two terms, in all cases. "Efficiency" seems a foreign term in this context, unless it's referring to filtration efficiency, in which case you might argue it's innocent confusion...and anyone who disagrees is a conspiracy theorist.
