  1. They say they didn't intend the policy--it was a "mistake". Well, that sort of mistake doesn't speak for the company's general competence! I figure at least 3 people had to participate in this "mistake". A conspiracy of error?! hahaha...no, that's what you call, "deliberate"! Intentional error is not a "mistake", in the usually accepted sense of the word. The only explanation that makes any corporate sense is a "trial balloon"...
