  1. The only criticism I could have, Ray, is that you put up a fuss to begin with--but maybe that was BEFORE the customer gave you a waiver of liability. "Industry practice/standards" often means, "CYA by over-repairing". hahaha...That patch looked good for at least a couple of years, don't you think?
