  1. 14000 hours of footage, covering, say, a ten-hour period--just to make these crude calculations easy--equals 1400 video SOURCES, or, said another way, ANGLES, at a minimum. That means a fairly high surveillance density--there should be multiple angles available of the same scene. Potentially, extremely informative stuff...
