  2. So, it can be proven that Jack lied to Congress! Was he not under oath...I don't recall? That's supposed to be some kind of "crime", but it's almost never prosecuted. I'm noting the fact that lying to Congress is NOT a crime, protestations to the contrary not withstanding!
