  1. Soooo...it's a CRIME to be disguised in public?! Where the hell do you draw THAT line! Makeup? Clothing? What if you speak with a fake accent? They want to make sure their surveillance is accurate, eh?! There's a small industry in realistic masks for that specific purpose.
