  1. We saw this puffery last time, too! The idea is to discourage Trump supporters from voting, since "he's got it in the bag, why bother with the formality of casting a vote!" The fix will be in to the maximum extent the dems can manage. It's also quite possible that the state of election cribbing technology has advanced to the point of invincibility!
