  1. They think they can keep the mugshot out of the public eye! hahaha...If they try to keep it secret, we'll just get a bunch of creative fakes--and it doesn't even particularly matter. A fake is as good as the real thing in this case, since nobody can say what the fake is because the original is secret. hahaha...the unintended consequences may be legendary!
