Romney says the omnibus bill is a bargain because...it would cost more later...? Huh? We're supposed to assume the reason we don't understand him is because he's so much smarter than we are. That's the politician's advantage in a nutshell. When the politician loses that, he's done--he LOOKS like the liar he is! So, he treats you like you're stupid, knowing that if you accept that treatment you will defer to him.
