  1. "Congress has the sole power to make DC laws." Let that sink in! I wonder how many of DC's "laws" are incorrectly assumed to apply nation-wide! That would explain why so much of what Congress does appears to be unconstitutional! They're actually making laws for DC only when they do most of what they do--then tell YOU they're laws for you as well. They're NOT!
