  1. They should be uniformed while on the job! Uniforms should be donned upon arrival at their work place, and street clothes examined for spy devices, etc. But that's only if they're SERIOUS about security.

  2. If a glass of water with a "D" on it can get elected, it must be that a glass of water is capable of executing the function of the elected office! What could be MORE USELESS! Rulership by "town hall"! Maybe that's why the federal government is so deeply dysfunctional. They all do a terrible job of following their own rules.
