  1. Africa is getting bolder in defying the US since they have Russia and China on their side. Uganda is testing the US's supposed commitment to its own principles of fair play, to persuade the rest of Africa that it's best future is with Russia and China. The US has treated Africa colonially, always, and Africa doesn't like it.
