  1. I don't think there's much rationale for "gag orders"--the first amendment is more precious than that! Can the judge demonstrate objective evidence that the gag order will accomplish this nebulous "protection"?! Why should there be judicial discretion to suspend Constitutional rights arbitrarily! It looks like a lame excuse to abuse Trump!
