  1. It doesn't necessarily matter what even the victim wants! The state has a vested interest in law enforcement--and "first party" status in all actions! The state is under no obligation to consider positions outside the law! The problem these days is the state's misguided subversion of its legitimate interests, like public order! Once the woke mind virus has run its course I expect a return to competence--but I'm prepared to be disappointed! hahaha
