  1. "There needs to be a mental health assessment..."! Oh? Are those somehow magic words? Blithely attributing authority to the idea that it's even POSSIBLE to ACCURATELY DETERMINE a person's likelihood of future criminal activity is always the thrust of propagandization efforts. "Mental health" is the beginning of the psychiatric con game, implying that the hypothetical construct known as "mind" may be "sick" or not, like the body they think is sick, or not. However, the only standard of sanity they offer is functional: can you survive in society? To the degree you cannot you are deemed mentally ill. "Mental health" cannot be assessed directly, because there is no standard of comparison directly to mental "health"; you are presumed healthy in the absence of, often arbitrary, disease indications. The so-called, "mental health assessment", then, is a POLITICAL assessment!
