  1. No, a felony conviction cannot disqualify Trump from running! Such legislation would add requirements to the Constitution, which is illegal. Trump could serve from jail!!! hahaha...The requirements for president are clearly designated in the Constitution; other political positions, having no Constitution recognition, may have whatever requirements may be legislated--but not President!
