  1. Nice clarification on classification, Greg, but it doesn't necessarily solve objections to the statement Trump's situation and Biden's are the same. Biden's authority to declassify would have been limited to stuff he classified; as VP it's not likely he'd produce many such documents. It's a great clarification, but largely irrelevant to the point of the difference, Trump v Biden. Trump's classification/declassification authority was unique in its supremacy.
